Take a bow Auntie!

The BBC is fantastic. The “Introducing” project gives unheard of musicians a chance to have their work broadcast on local radio and possibly even national radio, or even a share of a festival stage. What a brilliant way to encourage our local talent, and we are teeming with it. A perfect example of a public body being enterprising. I’ve uploaded five songs to the “Introducing” site, still with no luck, but hell that’s not the point. Take a bow, auntie!

Head to bbc.co.uk/introducing, upload your music and you could have your tracks broadcast on BBC Radio

Left with the use of my left arm/hand only, after a serious motor cycle accident in 2005, I am learning to adapt to life with a brachial plexus injury and have developed a style of playing guitar using open tunings. I love drawing, painting and generally messing around in a fairly loose fashion. Can't describe myself as an artist, but perhaps a doodler with intent.
